We are unable to offer a refund on your tickets if you are no longer able to attend. If we have your mobile number on file, you will also receive a text a day before you visit with a link to download your tickets. All tickets – whether purchased online, on the phone or in person – will have been issued as e-tickets sent from our address. Programmes are available to buy when you attend and pre-purchase with your tickets, for collection from a designated point on the performance date.

Play the Game is a new initiative created by Heart of Midlothian Football Club which has been developed to support the thousands of people involved in the grassroots game. Whether you play for fun, fitness or to win, our multiple divisions allow you to play against teams of similar ability. We pay our referees £10 for each 40min game; 3 to 4 games a night.

At Play 5-A-Side we’re always looking for more referees to help with our leagues. We welcome teams, groups, and individuals to join our leagues! Play 5-A-Side takes care of everything from fixtures, league tables, refs, and scorers, so all you need to do is concentrate on the football!

Please do double check on the page of the show that you’re interested in attending to confirm the age guidance. If we have not received full payment you will not be granted access into the auditorium. We require full payment before the performance start date. If you’re coming to see a show and have specific access requirements, please contact us in advance so that we can make your visit as enjoyable as possible. All standard ticket purchases include a mandatory restoration levy of £2 per basket. Please note this may take up to 5 working days to process.

If you don’t have a team and are not sure whether to go in alone, 80% of the players who sign up to our leagues sign up solo. Refunds are solely at the discretion of the partner organisation leading the class. Each specific class webpage will have more information if booking ‘per class’ is available!

We have classes available from age 3 up; you can see the age range of each specific class on the class page. For the majority of our Main Stage shows, we offer £15 per student + 1 free teacher ticket for every 10 students (subject to availability) on Mon – Wed evening performances only. For Under 16s, we offer £30 for tickets in Band B and £20 for tickets in Band C for main run performances gqbet uk only.

The restoration levy is waived for those booking access tickets, for schools bookings, and for Young Lyric members including Young Lyric classes. “I used to go out every afternoon after school for four or five hours with my friends and play games against the garages – we didn’t realise this at the time, but we were honing our technique and learning to play. General opinion from those involved in the game is that kids don’t play out on their own down the park or in the street nowadays compared to years ago when this was commonplace. At Play 5-A-Side we aspire to get more people into playing the sport they once loved by providing them football leagues which are fun, friendly, inclusive and supportive. Young Lyric classes are a range of creative after school and quora holiday classes for young people to take part in. For children’s performances, all children over the age of 18 months must have a valid ticket.

Whether you’re a board game fanatic or just love bringing people together for a good time, we’d love to hear from you. We’re always on the lookout for fun, creative influencers to help spread the word about our games! You’ll then have another 14 days to return your unopened game for a refund. Given the huge apparent reduction in informal play, these can be considered as the modern day replacement for street football. TV, computer games, phones and devices have all been blamed for the decrease in outdoor, child-led play.

Credit will be valid for a year from issue date, and any credit not used within that time period will be assumed to be a donation to the Lyric. These will have been emailed to you at the time of booking. No refund or exchange will be offered in this instance. Audience members who leave the auditorium once the performance has started may be asked to wait until an appropriate moment in the performance to be re-admitted.

If a performance is going ahead as originally advertised, once payment has been received, all tickets are non-refundable. It is inspired by street football of yesteryear, encouraging more play and game-centred activity within grassroots football.Play the Game features five core programmes that supports grassroots players, coaches and volunteers. Our leagues are ideal for those who haven’t played in a very long time and are looking for somewhere that focuses more on the fun and sociable side to the sport. No, classes are open to all young people and you do not need to sign up as a member with us.
